Episode 23: Melissa

Adam ran his way to Molly's house. He wanted to see Molly before he starts his day at Glory High School tomorrow.

He arrived at Molly's front gate with hard pantings. He was out of breath. Luckily the night was still young. He rang the bell. The security guard answered it.

Guard: Oh, Mr.Lechrin. Do come in. Miss Brandon is inside.

The Guard opened the gate for Adam and along the way came Mrs Spudinski to lead him the way.

Mrs Spudinski: This way please. Glad to see you again. Molly is upstairs.

Adam was making his way to Molly's bedroom but was stopped when he sensed something was wrong.

Adam: Are you alright Mrs Spudinski? You look rather worried.

Mrs Spudinski: It's Miss Brandon. She looks tired. She looks pale when she got home from school today. Please take good care of her.

Adam: I will.

Hearing the words that came out of Mrs Spudinski's mouth made Adam worried. He fastened his footsteps and by the time he arrived at Molly's bedroom, he stopped running.

He looked at the poor Molly. He walked slowly, not to awake her. She was lying in her bed with her comforter. Her face looked hectic. Pain was all over her face. He pulled a chair and sat beside Molly's bed.

Adam: You must be tired.

Suddenly, Molly opened her eyes and was delighted to see Adam.

Molly: Hey.

Adam: Oh, sorry to wake you up.

Molly: It's okay. I couldn't sleep anyway.

Adam took Molly's hand. He held it closely.

Adam: Thank you Molly.

Molly: For what?

Adam: I know what you did.

Molly: Brooke told you about it?

Adam: You couldn't hide it from me even if you wanted to Melissa.

Molly: What's up calling my full name like that?

Adam: Nothing. Just wanted to try it for once. Why? You don't like it?

Molly: No. It feels weird. Coz all these time people have been calling me 'Molly' and I forgot what it's like to hear it.

Adam: Really? So, when was the last time you were called by that name?

Molly: When I had a chubby cheek. My parents used to call me like that. Before they got rich and all.

Adam: Tell you what. From now on, I'll call you Melissa.

Molly: You'd do that ?

Adam: Yeah. Melissa Anne Brandon. It's a beautiful name.

Molly: Thank you. Anyway, tomorrow's a big day huh? Wanna talk about it?

Adam: Only if I can bore you to sleep.

Molly: But I don't wanna go to sleep. It's still early.

Adam: You're tired. You need some rest. Tell you what. I'm going to need all the support I can from you so you must be all energized up tomorrow. And you can only be at full strength if you have a godd night sleep tonight.

Molly: That's true. But, I'm not sleepy yet.

Adam: Okay then, I'll bore you to your dream.

Molly: Okay. It's a deal! So, spill! Tell me about your plans tomorrow.

Adam: Okay, first of; I'm going to brag about you in front of Emma.

They laughed.

Molly: Put Emma aside, what about your team? The Warriors?

Adam: As you know, they don't really need me. They just haven't got used to the fact that they have to stand on their own ground. I'll show them they can actually survive the school without me.

Molly: Wow. How are you going to achieve that?

Adam: I'd still be me. But, I'm just going to be a low-profile student. I'll find a way for them to actually believe in themselves and not just rely on me.

Molly: That's going to be hard. But, knowing you, I know you can do it. I believe you can.

Adam: You have faith in me?

Molly: Yes, I do. But, what if they make it hard for you? I'm worried about that.

Adam: Don't you go frowning over that Melissa. With you by my side, I'll be sure to handle it. I can't lose my face in front of my girlfriend do I? I'd look like a pussie.

Molly laughed. Her eyes were getting heavier. She felt sleepy.

Adam: Don't hold back. Just go to sleep.

Molly: Are you sure?

Adam: Yes. Sleep.

Molly: Good night.

Molly got up and gave Adam a kiss on the peck.

Adam: Sleep well Melissa.

Molly went to sleep soundly. Adam stayed. He did not want to think about tomorrow just yet because in front of him is the view of an angel. His heart was calm looking at Melissa sleeping.

Adam: Melissa?

He smiled.

Adam: It really is a beautiful name. And you are an angel Melissa.

Episode 22: Thank you Brooke!

Adam: Really? No wonder you looked familiar!

Brooke: Yeah, I thought you wouldn't recognised me. Anyway, Molly is waiting for you.

Adam: I feel bad doing this to her. She shouldn't have been involved in this complicated matter.

Brooke: She really care about you. She looked for me last week. Since then, she hasn't stopped working.

Adam: Don't tell me she was busy all these times because she knew about this problem coming?!

Brooke: She didn't have a good night sleep lately.

Adam: I could see from her eye-bag.

It was silence.

Brooke: I believe we havent officially met. My name is Brooke Montgomery.

She took out her hand and Adam shook it.

Adam: Hi. I'm Adam Lechrin. I could see from the way you dressed up and Molly went to you that you are interested in this matter, I suppose?

Brooke: What kind of things?

Adam: Like a lawyer-to-be, in handling serious issues as the Aspire Academy's representative.

Brooke: You guessed well. It's getting late. I went to the Principal and asked him the day off for you, Molly and me. Let's go somewhere else.

Adam: Have any place in mind?

Brooke: Fast Coffee House.

Adam: Lets.

They were walking from their school to the Fast Coffee House. Since it was a long journey, they had a chance to get to know each other better.

Adam: I still couldn't believe you were the girl from the Fast Coffee House.

Brooke: Yeah, I know. If only you'd take your chances, then we would have known each other by now.

Adam: Well, it's a mishap on my side. So, I apologise.

Brooke: There's no need for that. Besides, aren't we're talking right now?

Adam: That's true.

Brooke: It's going to be a tough day tomorrow. Are you prepared?

Adam: (Big & long sigh) I dunno..

Brooke: Well, don't worry coz Molly and I will be there tomorrow! And if they're trying something 'dirty', I would be around to prevent it from happening!

Adam: Thanks. That's thoughtful of you. So, if I may ask you some questions?

Brooke: Sure, I don't mind.

Adam: Out all the career in this world, why do you want to be a lawyer?

Brooke: Wow.

Adam: What?

Brooke: No has ever asked me before.

Adam: Really? Why is that?

Brooke: People tend to judge me and therefore they make conclusions about my life.

Adam: Like you must grow up in a well-mannered family and the lawyer thing is just in your blood? That your father or your grandfather was a lawyer and so you want to follow their footsteps? That you have no feelings at all underneath those neat clothes of yours and your cruelty lies behind those glasses? Something like that?

Brooke looked at Adam with surprise.

Brooke: How on Earth did you know?

Adam smiled. But it was a smile that said it all.

Adam: That's what people think of me too.

Brooke: So that's one of the reasons why you quit from Glory High School!

Adam: I'd love to say no to that but that's the truth. Anyway, we're here. Wait!

Adam looked at his watch and saw it was getting late.

Adam: Brooke, I'm soo sorry but it's getting late. I have something to do. Can we do this some other time? I promise I'll make it up to you.

Brooke: Sure, no biggie. But next time, you're buying!

Adam: That's a promise!

Adam was about to run when he realised he had something to say to Brooke so he turned to her.

Adam: Thank you Brooke!

Adam bowed at her.

Brooke: Just go already! Or you'll be late.

Brooke smiled big.

Episode 21: Another girl?

Jason: Come on man! What are yer doing her? You know this place sucks!

Brooke: Mind your language, please.

Emma: Adam, please, I beg you. Come back to us. Even if you don't want to join any organisation, it's fine by me. But, please, come back to me.

Jason: Emma, watch it! No! We have a lot of things to take care of! This slut may have left you but you still have us-your friends!

Emma: Who are you calling slut you backstabber? Who was the one to leave his so-called-friend when he needed you the most?

Jason: I only agreed you could come if you can bring Adam home but if this is your way then I would have...

Emma: You would have what?!

Brooke: Excuse me! This is the knid of talk you wanted to have with Mr Lechrin? Then you are wasting your time. He has already left while thw two of you were busy talking.

They could see the door shut.

Molly rushed to follow Adam's footsteps but she got lost when he turned on the corner. She decided to look for him at the rooftop-the place he loved to hang out. But he wasn't there. She searched the entire school but he was nowhere to be found.

So she returned to Brooke and the others.

Emma: Where is he?

Molly: I'm not sure. I couldn't find him.

Jason: See what you've done? God!

Brooke: People, it has already been an hour since Mr Lechrin's MIA. I suggest the representatives from Glory High School to return back from where you come from.

They refused at first but it was getting late. So they returned back to their school. Molly was upset to not managed to find Adam. Brooke approached her.

Brooke: You worry too much. He's a guy now. He can take care of himself.

Molly: I know that but he has gone through a lot this year.

Brooke: Tell you what. I'll get a day off for you and Adam. Then you can wait at home for him.

Molly: You will? Oh, thank you so much! I have got enough sleep for the couple of days.

Brooke: I know. You've been working on this matter so hard. You should get some rest.

Molly: Thanks.

So, with Brooke's smile, Molly convinced herself to get home. Brooke on the other hand, went to the Janitor's Office.

It was a large room for a janitor. It's comfy as well. As she expected, Adam was there. He was laying down there, looking out through the window.

Brooke: I thought I'd find you here.

Adam: You? How did you find me here?

Brooke: Yeah, this is not your place you know. It's my favourite spot too.

Adam: Humph.. I'm sure you must think that I'm some kind of an arrogant bastard who couldn't get enough of his life that he abandoned his duties and friends.

Brooke: Kinda.

Adam: You think I'm worse than that do you?

Brooke: Perhaps?

Adam looked at Brooke and he saw her smile. Then he knew she was joking.

Brooke: You don't remember me,do you?

Adam: Your face seems familiar but I still don't know where I've met you before.

Brooke: I was the girl with the latte at Fast Coffee House when you were hesitating to make a move on me or not.

Episode 20: Principal Office

Office: Attention to Adam Ritz Lechrin, attention! You are to report to the Principal's Office immediately. Thank you.


Everyone stared at Adam. Professor Charles nodded at him. Adam knew he had to get to the office immediately. It sounds bad. He was looking for support but Molly was nowhere to be found. She had been missing since two days ago. So, he quickly made his way.


He knocked the door.


Principal: Come in.


Adam: I understand you were calling for me, Sir?


Once he closed the door, Adam found out Molly was in the room as well. She wasn't the only one. Emma, his ex was there too. And his former school's principal, Mr Ritricky with Jason, the Student Body of Glory High School.


It was intense. Beside Molly was a girl whom Adam thought was familiar. It wasn't anyone from his previous school. He would have recognised her. Well, he knew practically everyone.


Principal: Sit down, Adam.


He sat down. He was curious.


Principal: Let me make it simple since we don't have all day. Mr Ritricky here, as you know, is the Headmaster of Glory High School. He is here to 'claim' you.


Adam: What? Why?


Jason: First thing first. You can't just abandon all of us just like that you know! The championship is two weeks away! You're the Captain! You might have not joined some of the games but it is unforgiven for you to bail on the Championship. We worked hard to stall the game.


Emma: He's right. The Student Body has failed miserably since you left us all. All is at mess. Please come home Adam, to where you really belong.


Mr Ritricky: Yes Mr. Lechrin, you can't just quit from Glory High School, bailing on the Warriors in time for the championship nor leave the Student Body just like that. You have many duties that need to be carried out.


Adam: But I can Mr Ritricky,I definitely can. I already did it. I've joined Aspire Academy legally. There's nothing you can do about that!


Mr Ritricky: Actually we can. You did sign the Contract which stated that you are not legit to leave Glory High School when you have unfinished responsibilities and duties. Obviously you didn't fill in the Resignation Form so therefore you did not quit officially. Thus, you still have duties to be carried out and your leaving is unacceptable by law!


Principal: Surely Mr Ritricky we can work something out.


Mr Ritricky: Mr Hummerson, I assure you not to interfere in Glory High School's matter or there will be consequences!


Mr Ritricky: With all due respect Mr Ritricky, although Glory High School is a noble school but this is my school so you have to respect me and my students as you are in my office!

Molly: If I may add up something, Sir?

Principal: Yes,you may.

Molly: Why don't we just make a deal out of this? As far as I know, dragging this matter to the court would be time and money consuming. Isn't that true, Brooke?

Brooke: Yes, it seems so. When this issue is being brought to the court then an investigation would be carried out to varify..

Emma: To varify Adam's entrance to this school and his quitting from Glory High School. I know that. But it doesn't matter coz whatever happen we would still have Adam back to the place he truly belongs!

Brooke: Yes, but you must also consider the time it's going to take for the the process to be done. I mean, there would be a lot of questioning and varifying facts. All those seems simply yet it's really complicated and by the time they have finished investigating then we would all have been graduated from either of the schools. We wouldn't want to miss the Champiosnhip nor leave the Student Body of Glory High just like that, right?

Mr Ritricky: This deal you're talking about, what are you getting at? That both schools would have to actually share Mr Lechrin?

Brooke: Sort of.

Molly: What are you really suggesting, Brooke?

Brooke: Well, let us give time for Mr Lechrin to decide. He should be given a period of time to decide where he wants to continue his studies at. In the meantime, he should return to Glory High School and finish whatever tasks he had left before. Until he is finished, he's got time to think about this matter. By doing so, neither party would sue or bring this matter along in the future. And the school which Mr Lechrin decided to leave would have to obey his wishes.

Emma: It's like a probation ain't it?

Brooke: Precisely! But, during his time at Glory Institute, he should be observed just in case.

Emma: But that wouldn't seem fair. What about our side?

Molly: If you want, a few of you could come along and observe Adam's life here in Aspire Academy too.

Principal: This is good enough for me.

Mr Ritricky: The same goes to me.

Both principals shook hands.

Jason: Sir, if we may? We would like a few words with Mr Lechrin here.

Mr Ritricky: Yes, you've got time until lunch hour.

Principal: Melissa, Brooke, join their conference in the Discussion Room. I'll escort Mt Ritricky to his car.

Brooke: Understood.

Molly: Yes,will do!

Episode 19: The Camp Part II

Missie: Oh stop it you two! There's no such thing as PDA right now!

Julie: Ignore her, she's just jealous!

Missie: Why would I be jealous? I'm with Brad now aren't I?

Brad: Wats up people?!

All of them came and joined Adam and Molly. After Brad beat the crap out of Adam, he apologised. Then they came to an agreement to not fight. So everything was cool between the both of them. Missie started to date Brad later. It is still a secret whether she still have feelings for Adam or not. But all of that didn't matter that night. They were sitting in a circle beside the bonfire.They talked, played some music and then it came to a sharing moment. The time to share their love stories.

Hannah: So, now that we're all here in couples. Let's get deeper.

James: Suga, can you mind your own business?

Hannah: Ow. What's a campfire without stories to tell?

Julie: Yeah, let us get started. Right James?

James: Most definitely!

Missie: Let us start with these two couple! How did you two met? It's a mystery.

Brad: Yeah, we never knew how you two got along. No one knew.

Molly: It's simple actually.

Adam: Yeah, I met her two years ago.

Everyone: What? TWO YEARS ago???

Adam: Well, it was raining like cats and dogs. I was on my way home when I got out a convenient store and saw her. She was dancing in the rain.

Everyone was shocked. They were listening carefully. Molly couldn't believe what she is hearing. She even forgot about this story.

Julie: And then what happen?

Adam: She was in the middle of the road so I opened my umbrella and hurried to her. She was spinning like a lunatic. When I got to her, she dropped to the road. I kneel to her and sheltered her from the rain and then..

Everyone: What???

Adam: Once her dizziness stopped, she was shocked my face was right in front of hers. She knocked me on the head. She thought I was trying to take advantage of her. And when I was knocked down, she stole my umbrella and ran away.

Julie: Molly? You did such thing?

Everyone laughed.

Adam: Yeah, I couldn't forgot the face who stole my umbrella. Two years later..

Molly: A year later, I was wandering around the street when it rained. So, I stopped by the Fast Coffee House. It was packed and I was all wet. It was already a bad bay for me so I ordered a latte. Then I was told to wait. Then a coffee was served and the staff called out a guy's name. He went to the counter but tripped. It was the funniest thing I have ever seen. I laughed my heart out. Turn out to be, it was him, Adam.

Adam: So, when I moved in to this school she recognised me. We talked...

Molly: And then we knew we had feelings for each other.

Adam: And that was our story.

Adam and Molly looked at each other. Molly was touched. She still remembered Adam saying he didn't remember when and where have they met before. Now she knows he was lying back then. He remembered. She remembered it too.

Episode 18: The Camp

Julie: You look happy now with a new guy beside you.

Molly: What are you talking about?

They were watching Adam who was setting up the camp.

Julie: You know what I mean. I'm referring to him- your new boyfriend.

Julie pointed her finger at Adam.

Molly: Stop doing that! He will notice you!

Molly blushed.

Julie: See what I mean? You're blushing! Oh my God! I'd never thought this would happen...!

Molly: What do you mean?

Julie: You're falling for him, aren't you?

Molly: You're talking nonesense.

Julie: Oh, am I? Then why do your eyes tail him whenever he is not close to you? Why do you always check him out? Why do you smile like a 9 year old girl who just got the biggest candy in the world when you look at him?

Molly: I did not do such thing!

Julie: Come on Mol.. We've been best friends since we were born! Don't lie to me..!

Molly: Well,he is kinda different. He's not like the others.

Julie: What do you mean?

Molly: He treats me nicely. He has never hurt my feelings. He's the first guy I met who weren't looking at my boobs. He is...nice, I suppose?

Julie: Oh come one! He is not just nice. You totally dig him, don't you?

Molly: Okay, but let this just be between of us okay? I don't want to freak him out.

Julie: I'm listening.

Molly: Well, whenever I'm with him, I don't feel invisible. Being around him makes me feel like I exist and I'm important. He looks at me in the eyes and he have that look. The look which no one have ever given to me before. I can be myself around him.

Julie: Wow. I knew this day would come but I didn't think it'd be this fast.

Molly: I know.. I never thought I'd ever feel this way. But you know what the real situation is. We're not even a real couple. We're just pretending.

Julie: Mol, I can see it in his eyes- you're all he's looking at. He's a decent guy, different from the ones you have dated before. It is not easy to find a noce guy like that. Don't let him go. Win his heart.

Molly: But, obviously I'm not his type! I mean look at him! He yearns for girls who have great ambitions, who is not a slut, perharps a virgin. His type of girl would be someone like Brooke. Brooke has it all. She's smart, disciplined, good-mannered, comes from a good background, stable. I'm not like her! I don't have the qualities.

Julie: OMG! Mol! You just sounded like my mother! All those trash talking about yourself! Come on, you're MOLLY! And the Molly that I've know pretty much my entire life doesn't give up easily, doesn't surrender to circumstances and most of all, believed in love. I still remember you saying that when Ms.Hinnigan, our English teacher asked you what you wanted to be. You said you wanted to be a housewife-to be loved and cared for. Where did it all go?

Molly: I don't know Jules.. I don't know. Yes, I do have feelings for him and he gives me this vibe and all but...

Julie: What's stopping you?

Molly: I'm scared. Being with him meaning I can be true to myself. But I hate that part. I feel so naked and exposed. He can see through me. I can't avoid it sometimes. It scares me to death! I don't want him to know Jules.. Not, he must never know!

Tears came out of Molly's eyes.

Julie: Okay... Relax.. Hey, don't cry now babe. It's okay now. I understand.. Hush.. I won't tell him. This is between the two of us.

Molly: Just between the two of us?

Julie: Yeah, just the two of us.

By then, Adam came running when he saw Molly was crying.

Adam: Hey, hey. What's wrong? Why is she crying Julie?

Julie: I'm not sure. Hey! Did you hear that? Luke is calling me! Adam, you take good care of Molly will you? I've got things to do.

Adam: Okay?

Julie stood up and left Molly in the hands of Adam. She whispered...

Julie: Yeah, I know you will take good care of Molly.

Adam: Molly, are you okay? Are you crying?

Molly: No, nothing. Why would I cry?

Molly tries to wipe out her tears. But Adam saw it.

Adam: Well, if that is not tears in your eyes then let us consider it as candies instead okay?

Molly chuckled. She hit Adam on the chest.

Adam: Ouch. That hurts.

Molly: Then stop those nonsense!

Adam: Shhh! Is that a laugh I'm hearing?

Molly: If I didn't know you any better, I would say you are flirting!

Adam: Flirting? Me? Are you sure? Wow. That would make Jane proud. Really.

Molly: And there you go again!

But Adam looked confused. He didn't understand why Molly said he was flirting.

Molly: Anyway, nice camp you set up there. And you said you were no good at this!

Adam: It's just a camp. Okay, don't look but why is everyone looking at us?

Molly: May be they're just jealous.

Adam: Of what?

Molly smiled. She leaned over to Adam, stopping him from getting up. Adam was surprised. He blinked, twice. Their eyes were gazing into each others. With a soft look, Molly went near Adam. She brushed her cheek upon his. Their foreheads were against each others. Their noses met.

Episode 17: Answers

Sam and Lewis: Yo Buddy!



Adam: Hey men, what's up?



Sam: Dude, you have got to get away from here!



Adam: What's the problem now? Is it Missie again?



Lewis: Dude! She's not even a problem. You can leave that chick to us.



Sam: It's Brad! He's back from training and he's looking for you!



Adam: Why would he look for me?



Lewis: Dude! Isn't it obvious? Coz you stole his girlfriend, Molly!



Adam: But Molly aren't really his girlfriend...



Sam: It didn't matter what happen! He wants to beat you!



Adam: So let him be. I don't care.



Lewis: Buddy, if we could fight, we wouldn't be scared like this. But we know nothing or martial arts! Let's get going! Or we're dead.



Adam: Well, you can join me or flee. It's all up to you.



Sam: Lewis, don't be a puss! Let us stay besides him, no matter what.



Just then Brad and his gang came and were looking for Adam.



Brad: Adam! How dare you!



Adam was eating at the cafeteria and he didn't stop even for that awful, Brad.



Brad: You stole my girlfriend!



Adam: Which one?



Brad was about to punch Adam when Sam and Lewis interfered.



Lewis: Hold up there. He didn't bother you at all so why should you bother him? Can't you see he's enjoying his meal right here?



Sam: Yeah man! You should never interfere a man when he's having his meal! It's lunch so technically it's the second most important meal of the day. Don't you get it?



Brad: Get the hell out of here. Or I'll smack you both! Guys, deal with these two morons!!



Brad's friends went forward to beat Sam and Lewis but someone intervened.

Adam: There's no need for violence.

Brad: There won't be one since we'll do the beating and you'll do the receiving.

Adam: Aha! A man of words eih? Well, why don't we settle this in court?

Brad: Huh! No thanks. I think I'll just do this instead!

Brad tried to hit Adam but he manged to avoid it. Brad tried swinging his fist at Adam but again he manged to avoid it. And it caused Brad to fell on the floor. And he fainted after he accidentally knocked himself on the table.

Adam: I told you. There's no need for violence. Anyway guys, let's go. I lost my appetite.

Brad's guys: Hold up! We're still here!

Adam: Yeah, I noticed. It is better you spend your time and energy to pick him up rather than getting in a fight with me.

Brad's guys: Who said we won't do anything? Let's take this outside.

One of Brad's guys took a shot at Adam from his back while he was facing the others in front of him. Adam fainted and Lewis and Sam tried to help out but they too got hit on the head.

Brad: Hahaha! Hahaha! You think you can beat me?You're wrong!

Adam regained his consciousness but felt pain in his head. He was lying on the road.

Brad: Do you know how hard it was for me to get Molly: I was this close to have her as my girlfriend. But you came out of nowhere and stole her from me!

Adam: Why would you want her so much huh? You don't care about her feelings! After you slept with her you left her alone! Why now?!

Brad: She told you about us? She told you??!

Adam: It wasn't hard to guess so.

Brad: You pathetic little life! Yeah,I left her. It was my biggest mistake,EVER! Ever since I dumped her, my life are ruined! I need her back. She's my lucky charm.

Adam: And yet you cheated on her and began to go out with other girls... What kind of love is that?

Brad: Shut up! I love her,I do. I'm a guy, you know. I'm a jock, I'm famous, I'm chased by all girls in school! So what if I slept with other girls? I'm just being a guy!

Adam: That's no excuse for you hurt her! You had a choice! To simply love her but you chose to walk away. That is when you made your mistake!

Brad: It wasn't easy! I was tempted with all of it. Fame,fortune and girls. That's what guys dream about. How would you know? You're just a Nerd, a geek! You couldn't possibly understand.

Adam: Oh you think I don't but I do. I know it a lot better. How would you know if those people you cal friends are not really your friends? What if they're only hanging out with you coz you're all that? What if those girls don't really like you for what you are? Have you ever thought about that?

Brad: Shut the hell up man! You don't know anything! Now you're going to pay for everything!

With his hands tied, Adam couldn't do anything. So he just have to accept what came to his face, the fists of Bradshaw Morty. Brad punched and kicked him as hard as he could, leaving no mercy behind. Blood was covering Adam's face and body. He was weak. He couldnt do a thing. The last thing he heard was someone calling out to his name. A voice which he finds comfort. It was calling his name.

Molly: Adam! Adam! Are you alright?

Adam: Is that you Molly?

Molly: Oh my God! You're a mess! Look at you! Oh Adam! You could have been killed!

Adam: Huh? What happened? Where's Brad?

Molly: He is not important, you need not think of him. Sam and Lewis told the Principal what happened. So we rushed here.

Adam: Sam and Lewis are okay?

Molly: Of coz they are. Why, you yourself are not well so why would you worried about other people.

Adam: He tried to hurt them. I couldn't let that happen.

Molly: But why didn't you protect yourself?

Adam: They got us from back.

Molly: I knew that. But why didn't you fight back? I know you could, if you wanted to. But you didn't. Why?

Adam: I..err.. wanted some truth from him.

Molly: What truth? He didn't owe you nothing.

Adam: Well.. Yeah, actually he owes you. I wanted to find out why he did you that way.

Molly: In what way?

Adam: I know he's the one who broke your heart. Who made you to lose faith in love. Life is full of questions. So..

Molly: So you got yourself beaten this bad because you wanted some answers for me?

Adam: Yeah.

Molly: Oh Adam! That's the sweetest thing anyone has done for me!

Molly hugged Adam close. She took his head into her chest. She had tears running on her cheek. She then kissed him on his lips.
